A New Weight Loss Aid That Actually Works – Green Coffee Extracts

Vinson, in his study, found an efficacy that is similar to the results expected from pharmaceuticals – 35% of the test subjects lost more than 5% of their body weight, which may not seem like much but which in the scientific world is a very good result.

It has long been known by many people that natural substances can have a powerful effect; while these substances are not regulated by the FDA, there have been more and more studies which are proving the effectiveness of herbs and other natural substances – the effects of green coffee extracts is another brick in that wall, and there is no doubt that green coffee extracts can be very effective when it comes to losing weight.

When you are looking at green coffee extracts, though, you must bear in mind that the diet industry is filled with people and companies that have routinely marketed many products which have no provable effect on weight loss. 800 – 1200 mg of green coffee extracts a day is the recommended dosage, or one 400 mg pill before each meal. Always check to make sure you know all the ingredients contained in the pills, and make sure that the extracts you are buying are pure – green coffee extracts can be a powerful tool in weight loss, and will work best when combined with small, attainable and permanent lifestyle changes.
